Jess Giuffré

Jess Giuffré is an officer of NWRECC, serving as Vice President, Development. He is a member of the Executive Management Team and oversees all real estate development activities of the company. Jess joined NWRECC in 2009 and has extensive experience developing affordable housing. In his current role, Jess is primarily responsible for management and oversight of the Development Team, contract negotiation, Investor/Lender relationships, debt & equity structuring, portfolio financing, construction activity oversight, tax credit regulatory compliance, title & closing matters, and expanding development opportunities.
