Michael Barton

Michael Barton is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate, property, and audit accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Accountant and Property Accountant at Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. since October 2014, Michael manages financial responsibilities for up to 35 HUD and commercial rental properties across multiple states and collaborates with auditors during engagement processes. Previous roles include CPA positions at Siddoway, Wadsworth & Reese PLLC and Crandall, Swenson, Gleason, & Wadsworth, where Michael conducted audit procedures for nonprofit organizations and nonpublic companies.
