Ernest Stephens

Ernest Stephens is the current Director at Northwest Regional Education Service District. Ernest has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Kamp Grizzly from January 2015 to December 2020. During their time with Kamp Grizzly, they were responsible for leading all financial operations and oversaw the expansion of the company from a $5M organization to a $75M global enterprise. Ernest also played a key role in establishing the Portrait Media Group, which is the holding company for multiple subsidiaries in the entertainment, marketing, consumer goods, and technology industries.

Ernest Stephens has a DBA from George Fox University, an Applied Business Analytics degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Business Intelligence from Suffolk University. Ernest also has an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Healthcare Management degree from Warner Pacific University. In addition, they have a Business Administration, Management and Operations degree from Portland State University. Ernest also has a Business Mangement degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Stephens also has various certifications, including a Black Belt Certifications Renewal Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, a Black Swan Negotiation Method certification from the Black Swan Institute, a Business Administration Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, a Corporate Communications Certificate from the American College, and a Game Theory and Business Strategy Certificate from Yale University.
