Inger McDowell-Hartye

Inger McDowell-Hartye currently serves as an Equity Specialist at NW Regional Education Service District, where they collaborate with professional development teams, community partnerships, and family engagement to advance education equity. With experience as a Program Director at Unite Oregon, Education Justice Manager at Coalition of Communities of Color, and Program Manager at Urban League of Portland, McDowell-Hartye has a strong background in implementing education equity programs and advocating for underrepresented communities. Graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching from Oregon State University, McDowell-Hartye's work focuses on promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity in education.
