Mishelle Radtke

Mishelle Radtke is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in early childhood special education and various administrative roles. Currently serving as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher/Specialist at Northwest Regional Education Service District since August 2022, Mishelle previously worked as a Special Education Teacher/Learning Specialist at Beaverton School District and as a Student Teacher at Hillsboro School District. Prior to entering education, Mishelle held positions including Executive Assistant and Human Resource Representative at HR Answers, Inc., where responsibilities included providing executive support and maintaining client correspondence, along with roles in logistics and accounting at Darigold and Estenson Logistics. Mishelle holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education from Grand Canyon University, along with multiple degrees in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
