Joshua Pettus

Joshua Pettus currently serves as an Operating Partner at Big Dan's Car Wash in Muscle Shoals, AL, overseeing the management of the new facility set to open in June 2024. Prior to this role, Joshua has accumulated extensive experience in leadership and sales, notably as a Corporate Leadership Instructor at Northwest-Shoals Community College, where principles-based training is provided to local businesses. Joshua's previous experience includes managing two commercial tire stores at Southern Tire Mart, where substantial sales growth and operational improvements were achieved, and founding Home Grown Real Estate, where innovative marketing and client engagement strategies were developed. Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama and a BSBA in Business Administration from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
