Jessie Baird

Jessie Baird is a Support Staff member at Northwest Special Recreation Association, where they supervise and provide accommodations for individuals with disabilities in park district activities. Additionally, they have experience as a Transition II Teacher at Williamson County Schools and a Research Assistant/UCEDD trainee at Vanderbilt University, where they co-taught life skills classes for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities and analyzed survey data on individuals with Down syndrome. Furthermore, they have worked as a Respite Worker, Special Education Paraprofessional, Substitute Teacher, and Farm intern. Jessie holds a Master's Degree in Special Education - Severe Disabilities from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree from Albion College.
