Nicole Dillie is currently working at Northwest Special Recreation Association as a Summer Program Assistant. Prior to this role, Nicole gained experience as a Fulfillment Expert at Target and as a LAS 101 Intern at the University of Illinois Department of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Nicole also served as a Secondary Daytime Trainer at 4 Paws For Ability Inc. Nicole is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

NWSRA exists to provide outstanding opportunities through recreation for children and adults with disabilities. NWSRA strives for each participant to function at his/her highest level of ability. Benefits of participation include increased socialization and community awareness, development of new leisure skills, increased physical and emotional well being, and increased self esteem, all in a fun, safe and structured recreation environment. 17 park districts that are served through NWSRA include: Arlington Heights, Bartlett, Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Mt. Prospect, Palatine, Prospect Heights, River Trails, Rolling Meadows, Salt Creek, Schaumburg, South Barrington, Streamwood and Wheeling.
