Rachel Erdman

Rachel Erdman has extensive experience in recruitment, community engagement, and research within various sectors. Since July 2015, Rachel has been a Surrogate Recruiter & Coordinator at Northwest Surrogacy Center, guiding potential surrogate mothers through the recruitment process and managing a significant caseload. In addition, since October 2019, Rachel has served as the Co-Founder of LoveBug Farms, focusing on sustainable agriculture and community education. Previous roles include positions as a Research Assistant at The TARA Approach, a Program and Volunteer Coordinator at the University of Hawaii, and various sales and marketing roles. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Health Communication from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.
