Ashley Brooks

Ashley Brooks is a skilled implementation manager with experience in geographic information systems (GIS) and architectural engineering. Currently employed at Northwestel since May 2022, Ashley specializes in creating 2D maps of fiber optic network infrastructures and managing geographically located data for accurate tracking of service fibers. Previous roles include an architectural engineering technician at Reimagine Designs, where Ashley produced CAD drawings and concept designs for residential projects, and aquatics supervisor positions at YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth and YMCA Fredericton, overseeing staff performance and safety. Additional experience includes specialist roles at Bell Aliant, where Ashley managed data provisioning and reporting systems, and an innovation facilitator role at The Discovery Centre, engaging guests in science and technology activities. Ashley holds a diploma in Architectural Engineering from Nova Scotia Community College, obtained between 2019 and 2021.
