Frank Xu

Frank Xu currently serves as a Configuration Manager for Video at Northwestel since August 2022, overseeing various aspects of the Northwest TV service, including project planning, technical design, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance. Previously, Frank held multiple positions at SaskTel from May 2009 to July 2022, most notably as a Senior Core Network Engineer and Senior Engineer for MaxTV service support, where responsibilities included leading infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership, and supervising teams. Early career experience includes working as an Electronic System Engineer at Envron Environmental Ltd. Frank holds a Master's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Regina, a BS in Electronics and Information Engineering from Hunan University, and has participated in Cisco's CCIE bootcamp and Devnet training.
