Michele Koch

Michele Koch serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Northwestern Bank, a position held since July 1984, following a role as Assistant Vice President in Human Resources. Prior to this, Michele gained experience as a Deli/Bakery Employee at Gordy's IGA from May 1982 to July 1984. Educationally, Michele attended Chippewa Valley Technical College, earning a Vocational Diploma in Financial Services with a focus on Finance and Bookkeeping between 1983 and 1984.
