Northwestern College
Cindy Berryman is a senior level executive with experience spanning all areas of accounting and finance having held positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Miles/Bayer AG and McDonald’s Corporation. Most recently she was CFO of ConVergence Technologies and has also taught as part of the Keller MBA faculty. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, process improvements and systems implementations. In addition, she has previously consulted with companies such as Allstate, Nicor Home Services, ITW and Northwestern University, Her breathe of experience spans manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, food, construction, wireless internet and non-profit industries and has been international in scope.
Cindy earned her MBA from DePaul University and B. S. in Finance from University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. In addition, she also was an attendee of the Executive Program at Notre Dame.
In her spare time Cindy enjoys swimming, yoga, walking her yellow lab, Layla and spending time with her new grandson, Payton.

Northwestern College
Chicago’s oldest career college, Northwestern College (formerly known as Northwestern Business College) founded in 1902 by J.F. Fish, is a privately owned for-profit College. With this vision that businesses would need competent, well-trained workers, the College opened its doors offering programs in accounting and stenography. In addition to nursing and radiography, the college offers an associate in applied science degrees in Health Information Technology and Business Administration; baccalaureate degrees in Business Administration and Health Information Technology; and certificates in Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, and Coding Specialist.
