Donna is the Chief Financial Officer and owner/partner for Noland Sales Corporation.
While in high school, Ms. McCaleb started working for her family’s small floor covering business with 10 employees. Based on her father’s philosophy of the importance of gaining knowledge through experience, she spent more than 38 years doing everything.
From Girl Friday, she elevated to Warehouse Support; which included measuring, cutting, and loading carpet into trucks, to Showroom Manager, Sales, Human Resources, AR & AP, IT, and most recently with her being an Owner and CFO of one of the largest commercial flooring companies in the Chicagoland area. She has helped grow the business from $1million to $23 million in sales. Today, Noland Sales employs more than 80 staff members.

Chicago’s oldest career college, Northwestern College (formerly known as Northwestern Business College) founded in 1902 by J.F. Fish, is a privately owned for-profit College. With this vision that businesses would need competent, well-trained workers, the College opened its doors offering programs in accounting and stenography. In addition to nursing and radiography, the college offers an associate in applied science degrees in Health Information Technology and Business Administration; baccalaureate degrees in Business Administration and Health Information Technology; and certificates in Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, and Coding Specialist.
