Mark L. Mallard

Mark L. Mallard has extensive experience in the electric transmission planning sector, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at NorthWestern Energy since July 1985. Prior to this role, Mark L. Mallard worked as a Plant Electrical Engineer on the Colstrip Project at Montana Power Company from October 1985 to July 1987. Mark L.
