Stacey Remillard, MBA, PHR, SHRMCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stacey currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Northwestern Counseling and Support Services, Inc. since January 2017. Prior to their current position, Stacey held the position of Human Resources Manager at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. from March 1998. Before their time at Avon, Stacey served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Northwestern Counseling and Support Services from March 1998 to January 2001. Here, they organized staff recruiting functions, managed employee benefits, and performed various liaison activities with staff, applicants, vendors, and providers.

Stacey's earlier experience includes working as a Quality Management Assistant at Northwestern Medical Center from January 1995 to January 1998. In this role, they provided administrative support to the Education, Social Services, and Utilization Review departments, and also developed and processed monthly reports, as well as implemented and maintained an efficient scheduling system.

Throughout their career, Stacey has demonstrated expertise in workforce development, turnover management, culture improvement, benefits administration, leadership, ethics, employee relations, staffing, and training.

Stacey Remillard, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive education history and additional certifications in the field of human resources management. Stacey obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Johnson State College, graduating between 2008 and 2010. Stacey also holds an Associates Degree in Administrative Management from Community College of VT, which was attained between 2006 and 2008.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Stacey has acquired two significant certifications in their field. In 2004, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Furthermore, in 2015, they achieved the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
