Jodi Frei

Jodi Frei has a work experience of more than 20 years. Jodi started working at Northwestern Medical Center in 2002 as the Rehabilitation Services Manager and later became the Manager of Organizational Informatics. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director of Quality. In 2019, they joined OneCare Vermont as the Manager of Clinical Programs and also served as the Assistant Director for ACO Population Health Model Integration.

Jodi Frei obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the University of Vermont in 1990. Later, they earned a Master's Degree in Innovation and Information Technology from Champlain College in 2015.
