Dave Matts

Dave Matts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and corporate relations. Since May 2018, Matts has served as the Manager of Operations for Wellness at Northwestern Medicine, overseeing a team of Wellness Technicians and ensuring adherence to competencies, policies, and best practices. Previously, Matts held the position of Senior Sales Coordinator for Corporate Relations & Woodstock Services at Northwestern Medicine, focusing on occupational health and wellness programs for various organizations. Prior roles include Executive Director at McHenry County College, where management of Workforce, Community, and Business Programs was key, and Director of Workforce and Professional Development Institute at the College of Lake County, managing continuing education programs.
