Elizabeth Rosenberg

Senior Vice President, Strategy at Northwestern Medicine

Elizabeth Rosenberg has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Elizabeth began their career as an Account Executive at David M. Grant & Partners in 1988 and later worked as a Senior Associate in Corporate Communications at American Express from 1990 to 1991. From 1992 to 1997, Elizabeth worked at The Advisory Board Company, where they held various roles including Managing Director, National Accounts and Large Health Systems. During their time there, they focused on generating new revenues, developing marketing strategies, and managing sales staff. Elizabeth then worked at MacNeal Health Network, serving as Director of Primary Care and later as Vice President from 1997 to 2000. At MacNeal, they focused on restructuring and managing the Primary Care network. From 2000 to 2002, Elizabeth ran their own healthcare consulting firm, Elizabeth Rosenberg LLC Healthcare Consulting, where they led a team of consultants in analyzing product lines and departments and implementing performance improvement plans. Elizabeth then worked at Rush University Medical Center as a Senior Administrator, responsible for designing and implementing business performance plans in clinical and research areas from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2014, Elizabeth served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Administration at Cadence Health, where they played a key role in strategy development and administration. Finally, since 2014, they have been working at Northwestern Medicine as the Senior Vice President of Strategy.

Elizabeth Rosenberg earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in marketing from The Wharton School in 1993. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Harvard University, receiving an A.B. in General Studies in 1988.
