Jessica Walradt

Jessica Walradt is an experienced finance executive with extensive expertise in value-based care models and performance reimbursement. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Northwestern Medicine, Jessica has held various leadership positions within the organization since January 2018, including Director of Performance-Based Reimbursement and Program Director of Value-Based Care. Jessica is also a member of the Policy Committee for the National Association of ACOs. Previous roles include Lead Specialist and Interim Lead for Value-Based Care Models at the Association of American Medical Colleges, where Jessica focused on advocacy and strategic advice related to alternative payment models. Jessica's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Health Policy & Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
