John Campbell has extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. John began their career at The Procter and Gamble Company, where they served as an Assistant Brand Manager and later as a Brand Assistant. During their time there, they successfully led the development of new positioning and creative strategies for various brands, resulting in increased sales.

Afterwards, John held roles at FCB Chicago and FCB Japan, where they served as an Account Director and VP Director of Account Management, respectively. During their time at FCB Japan, they played a crucial role in leading the reorganization of the entire agency, including the replacement of management and staff.

Later in their career, John worked at FCB Europe as a VP Regional Business Director, managing regional assignments for clients such as Compaq, Samsung, and Kraft. John then joined DraftFCB New York as an EVP Group Management Director, where they were responsible for all Kraft Foods International assignments and played a key role in redefining the Oreo brand strategy.

John's career in advertising continued at FCB Global, where they served as an EVP Worldwide Account Director and played a pivotal role in doubling the Oreo business through successful campaigns, including the award-winning "Daily Twist" campaign.

Prior to their current position, John worked at McCann Worldgroup as an EVP Worldwide Account Director and Co-Managing Director Minneapolis, overseeing General Mills and CPW assignments across multiple countries and leading the development of strategic and creative platforms for various brands.

Currently, John serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Northwestern Medicine, where they have been instrumental in building the Northwestern Medicine brand across a system of 10 hospitals and over 200 locations in the Chicago area. John has conducted in-depth analyses and developed new marketing approaches, earning acceptance across the organization.

John Campbell attended St Viator High School from 1978 to 1982. John then went on to the University of Chicago, where they obtained a BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing, studying from 1982 to 1987.
