Maya Wilson

Maya Wilson, PMP, MBA, serves as Program Manager/Lead at Northwestern Medicine since November 2015. In this role, Maya leads Epic-related projects, overseeing all phases from planning to execution, and achieving significant improvements in patient satisfaction and operational efficiency through collaborative efforts and effective project management. Prior experience includes roles at Advocate Health Care, where Maya contributed to various IT systems projects, and at BayCare Health System, providing technical leadership for smaller-scale implementations. Early career experience at Allstate involved analysis and mentoring in technical project requirements. Maya holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University.
