Posh M. Charles

Posh M. Charles is an accomplished healthcare executive with significant experience in community health initiatives and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Northwestern Medicine since September 2020, Posh also holds the position of Vice President at Northwestern Memorial HealthCare since November 2013, directing programs that enhance community health. Previously, Posh spent nearly two decades at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in various roles, including Director of External Affairs and Community Health Services, where efforts focused on improving community health and fostering government relations. Earlier career experience includes a role as Marketing Manager for Primary Medical Group and as a Senior Marketing Associate at Jackson and Coker, supporting healthcare marketing initiatives. Posh holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Communications from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University.
