Tabitha M. Welsh, MBA, MAcc, serves as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Northwestern Medicine since May 2016, where notable achievements include a 200% improvement in SLA response rates and successful integration of new healthcare practices. Concurrently, Tabitha is the owner of Pachamama Farmstead & Stables and co-owner of Brad's Bees & Honey Inc., focusing on organic farming and honey production. Prior experience includes roles at Tampa General Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed materials management information systems analysis and financial analysis, as well as auditing positions at LarsonAllen and other firms.
