Timothy Havenhill

Timothy Havenhill serves as the Medical Director of Orthopedic Surgery and Vice President of Operations for the Northwest Region at Northwestern Medicine since September 2018. Prior to this role, Timothy was a Partner at Centegra Physician Care—McHenry County Orthopedics from August 2005 to August 2018. Timothy's military experience includes serving as a Platoon Leader and Battalion S3 in the US Army from January 1991 to July 1994. Timothy's educational background includes fellow training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis, residency in Orthopaedics at the University of Chicago, an MD from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and a BS in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
