Amy Dethloff

Amy Dethloff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and project management, currently serving as Assistant Director at Northwestern Mutual since November 2009. Dethloff spearheads the Ensemble Platform, focusing on enhancing the onboarding experience for top advisors and collaborating with various stakeholders. In addition to roles in the Military Veteran Employee Resource Group, Dethloff has managed projects related to field growth and technology, promoting digital products, and supporting field recruiting and development. Previous experience includes significant positions at AIG American General as Marketing Director and Director of New Business, and extensive volunteer work with March of Dimes. Dethloff holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BA in Math from Carroll University.
