Andrea Gamm

Andrea Gamm currently serves as the Director of Operations & Client Experience and Associate Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual since June 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services from October 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing client business challenges using the USI ONE™ platform to create tailored solutions. From July 2012 to August 2020, Andrea held positions as Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter at Morgan Hunter, focusing on recruiting administrative professionals in the Kansas City area. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Administrator for Employee Benefits and a Technical Services Assistant at Lockton Companies from June 2010 to June 2012. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Economics from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
