Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Corporate Strategy & Planning and previously as the Assistant Director of Product Management and Lead Product Manager at Northwestern Mutual, Beth has a strong background in leadership roles within the corporate sector. Prior experience as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at Macmillan Learning further enhances Beth’s expertise in program development and execution, complemented by an initial role as a Sales Representative. Beth Cole holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Biology from Lawrence University.
