Brandon Judkins

Brandon Judkins possesses extensive experience in technology support and training, currently serving as Manager and Technology Training Team Lead at Northwestern Mutual since February 2015. Previously held roles at Northwestern Mutual include Technology Training Specialist and Field Technology Consultant, providing over-the-phone technical support and remote troubleshooting. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a PC/Network Technician for the South Milwaukee School District, where skills in hardware and software troubleshooting for both Mac and Windows platforms were applied. Additional experience includes Technical Customer Service Agent positions at EthoStream, where support for hotel networks was provided, and earlier roles in various capacities, including Chrome Plater at Eagle Grinding and Plating and Cashier at Sentry Foods. Brandon's educational background includes degrees in IT Network Specialist and Help Desk, as well as IT Computer Simulation and Gaming from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
