Caitie Matamoros is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Northwestern Mutual since 2018, where Caitie's team focuses on onboarding and developing Financial Representatives and Advisors. Prior to this role, Caitie worked as a Regional Account Manager at CRG from 2017 to 2018, leading the establishment of a new recruiting office in the St. Petersburg and Tampa markets and successfully driving client acquisition and business growth.
