Caitlin Mack is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive recruiting and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Director and Principal Executive Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual since April 2025, Caitlin previously held the position of Senior Executive Recruiter at Amazon, focusing on Worldwide Operations from November 2019 to April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Recruiting Director and Executive Recruiter at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., as well as Senior Recruitment Manager and Senior Recruiter. Caitlin founded Mack Search Partners and served as Owner from September 2009 to October 2013 and worked as an HR Business Partner at Wells Fargo.
