Carrie Neumann has over two decades of experience in the field of diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Director Field Diversity & Inclusion at Northwestern Mutual since January 2001. In this role, Carrie focuses on enhancing the diversity of the national sales force and serves as a subject matter expert on change management strategies. Previous roles at Northwestern Mutual include Senior Director Multicultural Market Strategy and Assistant Director of Organizational Change Management, where Carrie advanced diversity initiatives and developed comprehensive change management strategies. Carrie also has experience as a Financial Services Project Management Consultant at BORN Consulting Group and as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, emphasizing technology implementation and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
