Geoffrey Bergmann

Geoffrey Bergmann has over 15 years of experience in software operations and development, currently serving as a Software Operations Manager at Northwestern Mutual since June 2008. In this role, Geoffrey oversees a team of eight as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, managing development and support tasks. Previous positions at Northwestern Mutual include Team Lead for Support & Release Management and Mainframe Software Developer, where responsibilities encompassed infrastructure upgrades, project deployments, and back-end service development. Geoffrey also has experience in QA automation and testing, having developed automation scripts and tested releases for significant user impacts. In addition to professional experience, Geoffrey engaged in a side project as a Software Developer, creating a responsive portfolio website. Geoffrey earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 2004 and 2008.
