Jazmin Gonzalez

Jazmin Gonzalez, MBA, has over a decade of experience at Northwestern Mutual, where roles have included Senior Director of Change Management in Underwriting, Assistant Director of Change Management, and Life Underwriting Manager. Jazmin has also served as the founding chair of the Generations ERG and held various positions, such as Jet Unit Manager and Team Lead for Senior Life Underwriting Specialist. Prior to this, Jazmin managed office operations at JAZNARI AUTO REPAIR and completed a marketing research internship with Pi Sigma Epsilon. Jazmin holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management and Music from Alverno College.
