Jenna Benz

Jenna Benz, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, program management, and business operations. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Change Management at Northwestern Mutual since October 2018, Jenna has also held various roles within the company, including Change Management Consultant, Transformation Consultant, and Program Management Consultant. Prior to this, Jenna held the position of Business Operations Manager at ThoughtFocus and served as Account Director at A.B. Data, Ltd. Other roles include Account Manager at OSG and Membership Manager at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center. Jenna's career began at A.B. Data Solutions as a Fundraising Consultant Account Manager. A graduate of Alverno College, Jenna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an Organizational Leadership focus and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Development.
