Jennifer Goodwin

Jennifer Goodwin is an experienced human resources and legal professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Deputy General Counsel at Hudson RPO since July 2024. With a long tenure at Northwestern Mutual, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Field Relations, Policy & Integration, and Senior Director of Field Benefits, overseeing HR issues, benefit strategies, and integrating corporate policies for a large distribution network. Jennifer's career also includes significant experience as an attorney at Krukowski & Costello, S.C., where expertise in labor and employment law was developed. Academically, Jennifer obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Marquette University Law School and completed a CHRO Certificate Program in Strategic Human Resources from Wharton Executive Education.
