Jennifer Ryan

Jennifer Ryan is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Communications and Public Relations at Northwestern Mutual since July 2010. In this role, Jennifer oversees external communications across various teams, including Media and PR, Corporate Reputation, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Jennifer has a strong background in corporate communications, having held several leadership positions at Northwestern Mutual, where responsibilities included managing integrated communication teams, serving as an advisor on insurance and investment products, and executing public relations strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Cramer-Krasselt, Texas A&M Transportation Institute, and Edelman, where Jennifer honed skills in public relations planning, media relations, and client management.
