Lavinia Ketchum

Lavinia Ketchum has extensive experience in event management and hospitality, currently serving as the Assistant Director-Campus Events & Experiences at Northwestern Mutual since March 2016. Prior to this role, Lavinia worked at ManpowerGroup as the Global Events Experience Manager from October 2007 to March 2016. Earlier in Lavinia’s career, experience was gained at the Hyatt Regency, where Lavinia held positions as Banquet Manager and Restaurant Manager for the Polaris Restaurant between September 1998 and June 2005. Lavinia Ketchum holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Knox College, earned between 1992 and 1995, and studied at DCT International School of Hospitality in Luzern, Switzerland from 1995 to 1996.
