Lisa Manesis

Lisa Manesis has extensive experience in client services and workforce optimization, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Client Services at Northwestern Mutual since July 2007, where responsibilities include leading the New Business Call Center and Client History Interviewer Teams. Prior to this, Lisa held several positions at Midwest Airlines from September 2000 to June 2007, including Call Center Trainer/Supervisor and various roles in workforce optimization. Lisa earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1989 and 1995.
