Mark Mackey

Mark Mackey is currently the Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Northwestern Mutual, focusing on Digital and Enterprise Operations, technology, partnerships, and innovation. Previously, Mark served as Corporate Counsel and later as Assistant General Counsel, Senior Director at The Hertz Corporation, earning a CEO Award in 2019. Mark's legal career includes roles as Counsel at HomeServe USA and Associate Counsel at the American Insurance Association, where they provided advice on compliance and corporate governance. Mark began their legal journey as a Legal Intern at Orbitz Worldwide, following their education with a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Central Florida.
