Natasha Sheperd

Natasha Sheperd possesses extensive experience in data analytics and financial analysis, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Quality Reporting and Analytics at Northwestern Mutual since March 2018, following roles as Quality Transformation & Analytics Manager and Senior Data Analytics Analyst. Prior experience includes various positions at Johnson Controls from June 2013 to March 2018, including Senior Business Analyst and Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst. Natasha began their career at Kohl's Department Stores, where roles included Financial Analyst and Finance Intern. Additional internships were completed at Cedar Creek Securities, Inc. and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Natasha holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Investment and Banking, and Operations and Technology Management from the Wisconsin School of Business.
