Rebecca Villegas

Rebecca Villegas serves as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Northwestern Mutual, leading enterprise compliance programs that foster trust among clients and regulators. In addition, Rebecca is the Executive Sponsor for the North Office Building Modernization Project, aimed at enhancing the employee and community experience in downtown Milwaukee. With extensive experience at Northwestern Mutual since 2008, including roles as Sr. Director of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for LearnVest Planning Services, Rebecca also currently contributes as Chief Compliance Officer for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin and as a board member. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
