Serena Disch

Serena Disch, MBA, currently serves as Director of Client Relations, Director of Financial Planning, and Director of Development at Northwestern Mutual, positions held since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Workplace Planning Associate at Fidelity Investments from October 2020 to April 2021, and as an Orientation Coordinator at Jacksonville University from January 2019 to August 2019, where logistical planning and collaboration with team members were key responsibilities. Serena also worked as a Bartender for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Baseball Club from June 2017 to June 2019, and held the role of Orientation Leader at Jacksonville University in the summer of 2018, focusing on enhancing student experiences. Serena Disch earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Jacksonville University in 2021, following a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Sports Business from the same institution in 2020.
