Wendy Larson

Wendy Larson serves as the Assistant Director of Compensation at Northwestern Mutual since July 2024. Prior to this role, Larson held the position of Global Compensation Director at Cboe Global Markets from March 2023 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at Allspring Global Investments for a brief period in 2022 and Human Capital Director at Artisan Partners from September 2017 to July 2022. Larson's career began at Kohl's Department Stores, where various roles included Compensation Analyst and Executive Recruiter, among others. Prior positions also include Human Resources Representative at Schwarz Pharma and several roles at Aurora Health Care, culminating as Compensation Program Manager. Wendy Larson earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
