Arvin Dang

Arvin Dang is an experienced design professional and educator with a robust background in product design and strategy. Currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Segal Design Institute at Northwestern University since May 2018, Arvin provides a real-world perspective on design in product development for students in a dual-degree program. Prior to this role, Arvin was a Senior Product Designer at Table XI, specializing in Rails and React development for enterprise organizations from April 2021 to November 2023. As an Executive in Design at Salesforce Ignite from October 2016 to March 2021, Arvin delivered design strategy and facilitated workshops for enterprise customers. Arvin's previous experience includes roles as an Interaction Designer at gravitytank and Drawn, a Hackstar at Techstars, and community management at Passenger, Inc. Arvin's career began with an internship at Gawker Media and contributing writing for The Apple Blog. Arvin holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Riverside.
