Eliza Larson

Eliza Larson currently serves as the Associate Director of Communications and Crisis Communications Manager at Northwestern University since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Manager and Assistant Manager of Media Relations at Mainland from July 2020 to February 2022, and Multimedia Journalist and Producer at KITV4 More Local News from January 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included producing broadcast content for the Hawaiian Islands. Larson began a career in journalism at WCAX-TV as a news reporter covering stories across Vermont and surrounding areas from December 2014 to July 2020, also anchoring various newscasts. Additional experience encompasses a fellowship with the National Security Journalism Initiative, reporting for the Medill News Service, and a variety of roles during undergraduate studies at Colby College, including public relations and sports commentary. Larson holds a Master’s of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English: Creative Writing from Colby College.
