Frank Murtha

Frank Murtha serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Major League Football since July 2014 and has been a Professor at Northwestern University since 2005, teaching a Masters level course on labor law issues, including collective bargaining. With a robust background in sports consulting, Frank has been the President of Professional Sports Consultants since June 1995, providing services related to athlete contracts and franchise transactions. Previously, Frank held significant roles as Executive Vice President and Partner at Coordinated Sports Management from 1988 to 1995 and President of Murtha & Associates from 1980 to 1988, focusing on legal and professional consulting in sports. Early in his career, Frank was a partner at Murtha & Montana and served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois from 1970 to 1975, specializing in complex litigation. Frank holds a BA in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
