Samantha Watson

Samantha Watson is a dedicated pre-medical intern currently working at The Private Practices of Dr. Cynthia Boxrud & Dr. Scott Powell since June 2022, where responsibilities include taking patient histories, presenting patients to physicians, and assisting in clinical exams. Watson has been a research assistant at Northwestern's Life-Span Development Lab since September 2019, focusing on physiology data and facial coding systems. Additional experience includes tutoring for the SAT/ACT at Test Geek since July 2020 and previously serving as a Clinical Research Assistant and Scribe at Hinsdale Orthopaedics. Watson's background also includes intern experience at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital and Northwestern Medicine, where research on cardiac imaging was conducted. Watson is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree from Northwestern University, expected to graduate in 2027, following a Bachelor's in Human Development and Psychological Services.
