Stacey Kostell

Stacey Kostell is a seasoned professional in higher education enrollment management, currently serving as the Vice President and Dean of Enrollment at Northwestern University since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kostell was the Chief Executive Officer of the Coalition for College from March 2020 to September 2023. Kostell has held significant positions such as Vice President for Enrollment Management at the University of Vermont, where responsibilities included serving as the chief enrollment strategist and retention officer, and Associate Provost and Director of Admissions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Admissions at Arizona State University. Kostell holds a Master’s degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Indiana State University.
