Tiffany Little

Tiffany Little currently serves as the Senior Director of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance at Northwestern University since January 2023, having previously held the role of Director at the same office. Prior to this, Tiffany was the Director of Resolution Services at the University of Chicago from December 2021 to December 2022. Tiffany's experience in civil rights and Title IX compliance includes significant roles at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where Tiffany worked as Associate Director and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Interim Title IX Coordinator, and Assistant Director in the Office of Equal Opportunity from October 2016 to December 2021. Earlier positions include Title IX Coordinator and Legal & Compliance Analyst at AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts, along with various legal internships and roles in education. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from the University of Illinois System.
